Reception Team
Our Care Navigators Team is a good place to start when you want help, they are here to help you get the assistance you need. Our team perform a wide range of duties including making appointments, handling requests for prescriptions or home visits, dealing with new registrations and any queries. To ensure that they can assist you as efficiently as possible they may need to ask for further details or check information in your medical records. When you contact us you may be asked for some general details concerning your symptoms when for example requesting an urgent appointment or home visit. They are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the Doctors and Nurses. Please appreciate that receptionists are not qualified to discuss your clinical care but will do their best to direct you to the correct member of staff to help. Our team consists of Edita, Caroline, Miranda, Karen and Danielle who all work across both our main Mill Road surgery and also at our Cherry Hinton branch surgery. Anita is our Reception Supervisor. Receptionists have a very difficult and demanding job and we appreciate your assistance in showing them the same courtesy as with all members of our Practice Team. |
